Notes

Tips:
Use high-quality loose-leaf jasmine tea for the best floral aroma. Never steep green tea for longer than 5 minutes to avoid bitterness. For a café-style finish, froth the milk before mixing. Add cooked tapioca pearls to transform this recipe into homemade bubble tea.
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days without ice. Stir well before serving. Freezing is not recommended because the milk may separate.
Variations:Try brown sugar syrup for a caramel flavor, use oat milk for a vegan version, substitute part of the milk with heavy cream for extra richness, or infuse a pinch of culinary lavender with the tea for a floral twist.
