Grilled BLT Wraps

These grilled BLT wraps take everything you love about a classic BLT and turn it into a warm, crispy, and satisfying wrap. Golden grilled tortillas are filled with smoky turkey bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and creamy mayo for an easy lunch or casual dinner that feels familiar yet upgraded.

Ingredients
  

Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 slices turkey bacon cooked until crispy
  • 1 cup chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 2 medium tomatoes sliced or diced
  • 0.33 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until fully crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain excess grease.
  • Wash and chop the lettuce, then slice or dice the tomatoes. Pat the tomatoes dry to remove excess moisture.
  • Lay the tortillas flat and spread a thin, even layer of mayonnaise across the center of each tortilla.
  • Layer lettuce, tomatoes, and crispy turkey bacon evenly over the tortillas.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap, folding in the sides to keep the filling secure.
  • Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam side down and grill for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.
  • Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, avoid overfilling the wraps and grill seam side down first to keep them sealed. Pat tomatoes dry and fully crisp the turkey bacon to prevent soggy wraps. These wraps are best served fresh but can be reheated in a skillet or air fryer to restore crispness.
