Ingredients
  

Fruit Base

  • 2 cups Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups Seedless grapes, halved
  • 2 cups Fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 Kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup Fresh raspberries
  • 2 Mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 2 Ripe bananas, sliced Add just before serving.

Creamy Dressing

  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Raw honey Or maple syrup.
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp Fresh orange zest

Instructions
 

  • Wash and thoroughly dry all the fruit using paper towels.
  • Slice the strawberries, kiwi, bananas, and mandarin oranges. Cube the pineapple and prepare the remaining fruit.
  • Add all prepared fruit except the bananas to a large serving bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, orange juice, and orange zest until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit.
  • Gently fold everything together with a silicone spatula until evenly coated.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Add the sliced bananas immediately before serving. Stir gently and enjoy.

Notes

Always dry the fruit well to prevent a watery dressing. Add bananas just before serving to keep them fresh. For a dairy-free version, use coconut or almond yogurt. Avoid frozen fruit and watermelon, as they release excess moisture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Do not freeze.
