Fresh Fruit

  • 2 cups seedless grapes red or green
  • 1 cup mandarin orange segments drained if canned

  • 3 tbsp honey adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest

Instructions

  • Wash, prepare, and thoroughly dry all fruit except the bananas. Add the prepared fruit to a large mixing bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
  • Taste the dressing and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently fold until evenly coated.
  • Slice and fold in the bananas just before serving to prevent browning.

Notes

For best results, use ripe but firm fruit and avoid overdressing. If making ahead, store fruit and dressing separately and combine shortly before serving. Unsweetened plant-based yogurt works well for a dairy-free version.
